They are new without tags. They are hand dyed, hand washed with delicates safe soap and air/hang dried. Recommend for cleaning after use- machine wash on delicate cycle with delicates laudry soap like “Woolite Delicates” and air/hang dry on a plastic hanger. I only have 2 sets of this color set.
