It's important to me that customers trust what I'm selling-- I do this through clear communication in the original post, follow up comments, and throughtout the purchase, shipping and receipt process! . It's also important that this process is fun for both buyer and seller alike, so I offer small gifts of gratitude to spead some joy! (Here the buyer got one of my handmade cards to share with a friend and a scarf I bought for the jacket). . All that being said, I track *very* carefully the whole process start to finish, and the sold item(s) through photographs right before sending. Having been taken advantage of a couple times before on Poshmark (which led me to leave this site completely for years), I'm careful to make sure I've got my back-- and having a background in research, I know to track, track, track. . I treat my buyers (and sellers!) ethically, with respect and hope to have fun in the process! A few rules I buy and sell by: . 📦 Accept your package ASAP. 😥 Don't lie about a purchase or process because you have buyer's remorse (or you feel like taking your s#*t out on someone else!). 🚛 Don't steal (if you win a return case, return **all** merchandise, or else you're stealing). 🗣️Communicate back when seller / buyer comments. ❤️ Be an awesome human.
