Do they run small tight? I feel like my son has wide feet flat also so he is a size 7 in most shoes and want it for his birthday

@delgdeis the box says 7 1/2 to 8 they were a lil big for my son. He wore them only once on his 3rd birthday with a Burberry shirt. I think they would fit him.
