Cute blouse for spring

This cute blouse is perfect for play or work - with jeans or cute pencil skirt or even shorts. Bought at Marshall’s a few months ago and only worn a few times. Ruffles in front and flowy short sleeves - shades of brown and a little blue mixed in. Vneck front w fake buttons. The size is not there but I believe it’s a large. It has been washed so it shrunk a little - fits more like a medium to large.
