Cute/sexy black mini skirt lace

The skirt is super cute but too small for me. Never worn before, only tried it on twice. Once when I got it and found out it didn't fit, the second time for the picture. It has a little bit of stretch to it so I could get it over my butt, I just couldn't zip it up all the way 😣 No flaws. It's a size small which I'm thinking is maybe a zero or double zero.
