DONATED Empyre Clothing Wind Breaker

This jacket is adorable and in like new condition but it runs small in the bottom elastic hem. My hips are 36" and it fits but it's just a hair too tight on the bottom for my liking. It's marked Medium but fits like an XS due to that issue. Approximate measurements lying flat in inches: Bust: 19" Bottom hem: 16" unstreched- probably stretches comfortably only to 17" Length from top to bottom: 24.5" 100% Polyester Machine wash
