Yes...the height is 9 inches. The width is approximately 11 inches at the base and 9 at the top. The base front to back is 5.5 inches.

Also, it is a vintage bag so it does have the normal wear of a used vintage bag. Mostly on the trim and the corners of the base. I will add photos.
