Dainty vintage Y2K floral garden mini dress ✨✨✨

Such an incredible pattern & fabric, with the most delicate floral details. The sleeves are my favorite part, and they move with you where you go! Double lined, and in perfect condition. Ties around the back to tighten! Previous owner cut out the tag it seems. It almost looks like an old Betsy Johnson tag? Not too sure but it’s most definitely a vintage piece from the early 2000s or late 90s! ✨
