Dakota Black Hills Gold Opal Earrings by Wheeler

My mother grew-up in South Dakota, and she collected a lot of Black Hills Gold Jewelry, including several items that were never worn. These earrings were never worn, though they were purchased decades ago. They are still in their original box, with paperwork from ‘Dakota Gold’ by Wheeler underneath the posts. The leaves are 10kt gold (with the characteristic Black Hills Gold tints) and the opals are lab-created. The last image is of a similar pair on eBay.
