audratb Hey! I can assure you the bag was probably carried maybe once and left in dust bag for months untouched. Frye is known to have “well worn” look and you should be able to tell by how stiff the leather is that it is in new condition. I can’t refund a certain amount of money but please keep in mind these bags sell for over $200 so I already lost a good amount. I’m sorry you’re disappointed.
