Dark Green & White Striped Off-Shoulder Dress

This striped dress can be worn as a cute off-the-shoulder top in the summer, and paired with leggings and boots for the fall. Looks great w/ a belt. The tassels on the front can hand down or be tied around the neck. Size 1X from Wrapper. I purchased it secondhand, but never wore it. Shows absolutely no signs of wear. EUC, possibly NWOT. All items come from a dog friendly home.
