This unique skirt is vintage styled in a Renaissance Boho look with tons of beautiful hand crafted embroidery, sheer overlay embroidered panels, a lace-up sheer front overlay panel with turquoise ribbon, and lots of seams and skirt panels. The 100% rayon fabric is super soft and flowy, feels like soft cotton, and the handkerchief midi hemline would look fabulous with short or tall boots. The 1.5 inch elastic waistband is soft and very stretchy with a pretty tie string in the front. The size is listed as Free Size but here are the measurements: Elastic waist is 28 inches but stretches comfortably to 36 inches. Waistband to longest point of hemline is 36 inches long. *These measurements are done with a measuring tape* This would be a typical womens size 6-8-10.
