Dark yellow skirt

Custom-made skirt is a dark yellow. Laid out flat the waist measures 10 1/2” and the length is 18 1/2”. At the bottom, the hem is messed up in a couple of places if you know how to so it’s an easy fix. I just don’t have time to fix everything that I’m listing. First picture is more accurate in color.
