David’s Bridal Tulle over chiffon high low dress with bow accent

This is a brand new dress that I never got to where it’s Hilow and it drives a little bit on the ground. It’s got spaghetti straps, and a bow in the front the tool wraps all the way around the skirt and it is a size 10 never been worn. I never wore it I didn’t get a chance to but hopefully somebody’s able to use it.
