David's Bridal White Pearls Embroidered Lace Wedding Dress with Accessories

See pictures for two holes in lace material on back of dress. I had it altered with buttons for the train to hook on the back. Also see pictures for stains. I am including matching beaded pearl veil, a size large white trumpet slip, white corset size 46DD (I was 5'5", 260lbs, size 20 and wore 40F bras). Kept in original bags in smoke-free home. Last worn over four years ago.
