Deep navy blue David’s bridal bridesmaid gown high neck with cutouts NWOT

Bought this from David’s bridal for my sister‘s wedding but I bought it way in advance and it didn’t fit me by the time the wedding came around lol. I really love this dress. I wish I didn’t have to get rid of it but it just doesn’t fit. Dark navy blue velvet with a high neck and spaghetti straps, and long slit up one side, it has a plunge neckline with mesh, and the striped waistband also slightly see-through. Tag says size 5, the dress has some stretch, but it is roughly about a size 4 to 6.
