Waist label says 30, i measure 31" approx. From crotch inner seam to front top of waist band is approx 13 3/8"

@pony1717 The inseam is 25" so depending how tall you are and where you would like it to fall would be the answer. You can wear it how you want but I think they modeled on a taller person so it was like a capri length - above the ankle.
