Designer Trunk Bag Open to offers

I’m sad that I didnt take care of this properly. Never used it and just stored aside but it somehow is rusted looking around brass buckles and leathered areas. With the proper love and care it could be restored red or fixed up a bit. On the back side something wet recently came in contact at with it causing another stain possibly mildew. I willl try to wipe that part but not sure what to do about the stains caused by leather.
