z_a2019 I can send you a one time stone replacement. You can just pay for the shipping. I would also suggest to get them tighten by jewelry.I don’t usually have a problem with mine I wear them everywhere and still intact. Hope this helps

charitasalih @zillaharena I have only worn it 3 times. I do not wear it to work because I’m a hair stylist and didn’t want products to get on it. I can’t understand why this could happen and I o lay have had it for less than a month. What is shipping going to be because although I know there is no warranty on it I have not had it long enough to have to pay out more money. I will take to a jeweler to have it tighten and him them to replace the stone with replacement

The ring I have is sterling silver and zirconia. I paid 650.00 for this ring and I would just like to get something my value in product.

z_a2019 @charitasalih I will try to ask at the shop if they have them, did you have a certificate from the jeweler stating that I was zirconia, because I have a tested them with all of my diamond tester and they have passed on the diamond tester.

z_a2019 @charitasalih I wouldn’t trust so much with jeweler unless you buy it from them. Sometimes if it’s not natural mined they will think it’s zirconia

z_a2019 @charitasalih I don’t know what to say it could be something on our end, but I believe the poshmark has also tested them and usually they will return them if they tested them zirconia instead of moissanite so I’m not really sure. Again I’m really sorry and this is not your fault.
