This DVF dress was seen on celebrities Paris Hilton as well as Sex in the city with Sarah Jessica Parker. This dress has adjustable ties with beads so that you can change its look and well as a tie around the waist. It is brand new but one bead is missing from one of the ties (not noticeable at all) which is why I was able to get it for a discounted rate, but it however does not fit me. It is a size 4 and fits like a maxi dress. Because of its adjustable top, it could fit a size 2 or 6 as well.
