enobes @tishbuck2 Hi! I'm a 32B - the top of this dress fits me perfectly. The horizontal ribbon is high enough on your collar that it doesn't really impact sizing, and the dress is billowy so there's room to expand, I'd say the arm holes are the only limiting factor, they fit me nicely with a bit of wiggle room.. The second model photo of her hanging clothes is almost exactly how the armhole fits me. Hope this helps.
