This plaid pleated mini skirt from Current Mood features an O-ring and D-rings around the waist for hanging your favorite straps or chains, a zipper closure in the back, and a fringe/raw hem (purposely manufactured that way). The hem has some hanging threads but it has been reinforced on the inside so it won’t unravel too far. Tagged a size Small, fits an XS as well. Waist measures about 12.5” across, length is about 13.75”.
