Donna Mizani Long Sleeve Ruffled Mini Dress

I ordered this for my bridal shower but it was too small and the one week return period had passed so I couldn’t return it to Donna Mizani. The tags are on and it’s never been worn (just tried it on once). There are a few stitches missing around collar (manufacturer mistake) that is hard to notice- picture provided . I’m a size 4-6 recently. I think that this dress is better for someone who is a 2 or a small 4. Good long sleeved dresses are hard to find and this one has a nice sturdy fabric.
