pbboutique @willowy ME TOO. I had 85 pieces to return, resigned Aug 28, then they changed the return policy and conveniently had never sent me labels and didnt respond til Sept 23. So I listed everything on here and Merc, I have 11 pieces left now! =) It sucks to lose money but it was too much risk to send my stuff back anyway and them have it for months only to say it's "not resalable"

willowy @pbboutique I could go on for daysssssss about the LLR shade. 🙄😂 I’m sorry that happened to you! I resigned at the beginning of June but declined to send anything back to those yayhoos. Managed to get my damage credits back after various shouting matches over the phone, thank goodness. I still have several hundred pieces left, not sure how many exactly. Just been selling piecemeal still at a small profit. I don’t mind how long it drags out, I got time for that. 😜

jessalicious_99 Hey there. I saw your question about the kkw send me more nudes collection. I see that it was Harper taken down. The reason I said that was because there were obvious flaws in the design. I see fakes all the time on here and it’s so upsetting.

jessalicious_99 One of the flaws was that the colors were far too vibrant to be any of the “nudes” offered in an authentic kit. Also, the tubes itself didn’t set in the packaging right. There shouldn’t be any space in between the top of the packaging and the tube.

pbboutique @jessalicious_99 I was actually reviewing listings and that one popped up. I recently fell in love with the Kylie lipsticks and have considered buying them on Posh but have no clue how to tell if they’re real or fake!

jessalicious_99 Also, the box itself was cheap looking and was pink in color whereas the original is more of a nudey/yellow and appears more sturdy. Another key sign is that on the back of the box there isn’t the signature “Kylie” wiring with the gold drips coming off the top.

jessalicious_99 @pbboutique I know! It’s so upsetting to me that the people who are trying to sell a genuine product now have to compete with the people selling fakes. YouTube offers a lot of “fake vs. authentic” videos where they compare the product side by side. I have been completely turned off of buying any Kylie products here because of all the scams. I will just go on her waitlist. 😜

pbboutique @jessalicious_99 hahaha that’s a good idea. I’d rather spend more and know I’m getting the real thing, than save a few bucks and have some nasty chemical or who knows what else on my face. Thanks for the tips on spotting fakes!!

jessalicious_99 @pbboutique oh and also about the proof of authenticity. Be wary of those too. People are copying and pasting the receipts from authentic purchases and using them to put on the replicas listings. I ran into a lady trying to sell paper receipts the other day just for the purpose of selling replicas. She actually put that in the description.
