I added a photo so you could see the texture of the leather. It is not pebble. I don't know if there is a name. It is very smooth and no stains or scratches. Purse was never used.

I don't know if it is "TRUE" white. It is not off-white or Ivory. The photos were taken on a very light beige carpet.
