Is the color more of a light purple, or is it darker in person? Sometimes the outside light or flash messes with the color displayed on a ohone/monitor. Thanks!

@sblake55 it is a lighter shade. Lilac not purple. I thought it was darker when I bought it but it is too light for my taste.
