prizes4me @dunfactor the armpit measurement is 18 inches which is a total of 36 inches across the breast under the armpit. The length from shoulder to bottom of the vest is 20 inches. On the back of the vest it has another justable strap that you can cinch, larger or smaller as well. It is located at the small of your back. Is there any other measurements you need?
