stevannie @lilykalili it's 29" from the top of shoulder, it fits like a mini dress but this it not a tight dress. It's cute I own a small myself , It's very versatile I've worn it with boots and a long sleeve shirt under it, now with summer around the corner I can still wear it (sandals or heels)
