Dress Barn green floral dress

Y2K green, and white floral dress. Straps are ruffled and elastic and can be worn off the shoulder. Sweetheart neckline and sweeping, flowy skirt. 100% polyester, and surprisingly stretchy all over. Size 16, but runs large. Would be perfect to wear to a wedding or semi-formal event. Approximately 20" across waist, measured flat. 41" from top of strap to hem, 36" from neckline to hem.
