Size 12 but it is very stretchy. White lace material. V neck and sleeveless. Smocked waist. It’s been hanging in my closet covered with plastic for 14 years. Never been worn. Measures 18”-22” p2p by 13”-21” waist by 41” length. Very beautiful.
