aerinmichelle7 Sorry I'll show my packagers. Won't happen again 89% of inventory coming in is NWT Free People, Lucky Brand etc. Straight from them. Let me know if you don't see your refund soon I've been in the business a long time trim the strings those braids are sturdy they will not come apart. The high end boutique I got it come does sell alot of distressed boho so some of that to them and on brands like FP have unfinished ends intentionally. The dress is fine to wear and yours to keep for free.
