This size small (US 2) Dress the Population gown has a short black underdress with a floor length, see-through black overlay gown. Gorgeous, would be perfect for a formal wedding or black tie event! The black overlay has laser-cut flowers that adds beautiful dimension! I am 5’7 and the shorter dress comes mid-thigh and the overlay goes to the floor. Never been hemmed and was worn once to a gala, and has since been dry cleaned. The dress zips in the back and the zipper is hidden.
