This is a new with tags leather bag that I purchased at an outlet, but was discounted because of a defect. I got it from my husband and was going to have the defect repaired if he wanted it. But he did not want the bag, preferring a backpack. Even though there are markings on the leather, these are just natural wear from being in the store. This bag has never been used. The defect is on the buckle. It doesn’t have a spring in it anymore to keep the buckle from sliding out when you pull up on the handle. According to store managers, this should be able to be replaced at a leather repair shop or shoe shop or possibly even through Duluth trading online. Or if you just plan to carry it by the shoulder strap, you will be fine. No issues anywhere else, and this is a really expensive bag to buy new in store or online.
