EUC, fully functional/operational. Kept clean and well taken care of minus some surface scratches from traveling (see pictures). Only selling because I was gifted the shark hair dryer (not selling, but showing for honesty purposes of sale) and it better suits my needs for travel and features. Purchased from HSN $429, NOT a refurbished item. Works wonders and dries my thick hair quickly! Must keep the air filter clean after a few uses, or it won’t work. You will be amazed when you wipe it off by hand or a little bristle brush of what comes off the filter. Another note, assuming this is a safety feature, but if the device over heats after a period of time it will shut off and remain shut off until it cools down. It WILL work again, once it’s cooled down (only experienced this once (it was a hot day and my hair was really long). Probably a good thing for safety, but also your hair. Ask any questions.

Hi! Just received the Dyson! So excited except the diffuser included does not work as an attachment and was not the one pictured. Not sure which Dyson product this one goes to?

@maemarin Hi there! I’m glad you received it! I was worried about the Post Office and the extreme delay on delivery. I’ve never used the diffuser, but I just went directly to the Dyson website and typed into the search option how to use diffuser and watched a short video “3 tips for styling with the diffuser attachment” it looks like it’s magnetic and just clicks on.

@maemarin If you look at the listing pictures from what I displayed as selling, matches what I purchased from the HSN website and the Dyson website. All items in the listing were provided to you per pictures and descriptions in the listing. The shark hair dryer displayed in this listing (the pieces are not compatible and doesn’t come with a diffuser).

@maemarin The only reason I displayed the shark next to the Dyson, was to show that I’m selling it, because I prefer the Shark for my traveling. I hope this helps and the videos (Dyson website), helps troubleshooting the attachments. Please let me know if you have any other questions. ☺️

@tink9801 Hi! I’m not talking about the shark. The diffuser attachment that was included is not the one pictured in the listing and it does not attach to the Dyson. It has a wavy band around the back- not line the one pictured so it will not attach. Not sure how to send you a picture? I have curly hair so this is the only attachment I needed. I can purchase it separately it’s just frustrating as the one pictured is the right attachment.

@maemarin Hello, first in foremost, please know I take pride in the items I sell. I am very honest and do not sell defective items to dupe anyone. Troubleshooting with the seller before submitting a claim (which is now approved for return), is personally offensive. You doing so impacts my account / credibility as a seller. @tink9801 I’m sorry Sorry to see you so upset. I couldn’t figure out how to message you directly. I also could not have known that there was a magnetic attachment on the diffuser that makes it incompatible with the hair dryer -having never used a Dyson. Not sure why that was included. It won’t tallow me to accept the order so I’ll reach out to customer support.

@tink9801 Never accused you trying to dupe me. The attachment sent did not match the one pictured. Blaming me for “making a mistake” & then saying it was not the 1 sent is offensive. It’s seems this attachment converts use of the diffuser to another product. You must have accidentally left it on before sending? No big deal. Still, how could I have known? It looked seamlessly attached. My “mistake.” I just need to smudge this negative interaction energy off it before using.
