New without tags (no tags when delivered from Garmentory). Right strap was delivered with slight fraying in the back where it connects to the bodice (see picture). Really unique, beautiful fabric. All black, some sheen. Tie straps, very adjustable. Flat measurements: Pit-to-pit: 17 inches At bodice connection to free skirt: 18.5 inches Hips free Fabric has no stretch. My bust is ~37.5 inches, I typically wear a medium/size 8 in tops and dresses and this dress did not fit comfortably in the bodice. I would consider this a true small or an oversized XS.
