Gorgeous sheer navy and tan patterned dress. Elastic waist that adjusts with a tie. Tag has faded but guessing it is a rayon/polyester blend. Dress has two layers - the top layers of the bodice and skirt are somewhat sheer with a navy lining. Elbow-length sleeves are sheer.
