Classic blue + white stripes with a sweet ruffle detail along the front 5 button closure. Very good used condition. A few tiny spots along the inside neck (not visible when worn - see photos). Button closure at the wrist. 100% cotton. Measurements taken lying flat: 19" pit to pit 23.5" shoulder to hem (front) 25.5" shoulder to hem (back)
