lulux66 @poshgirl81 hi, no there's no damage on the bag inside or out and the zippers work perfectly. Yes this is the Prada Lux with two zippers on the side and it has a big open compartment inside. Thank you for your interest let me know if you have any other questions :-)

lulux66 @poshgirl81 no this bag does not come with the long Crossbody strap. This is the executive lux tote it's the biggest size and it comes without the cross body. Unfortunately I don't accept trades but I do accept offers. Thank you
