carlyjm94 Hey Nicole! So I called 🅿️🅿️ for help and they said that any shipment that has not had tracking updated for 10 days or more is considered a lost package. 🅿️🅿️ is sending you an email to confirm that you shipped and the tracking has not updated. They said they will just refund me but you keep your payment and they file a claim against USPS on our behalves. Sorry about all this. Wish I got the bag, it looked amazing :(

lovingpandora I called USPS and they said it was just Delayed. Hopefully they can find it. But at least you’ll get a refund, I am so sorry about all this. I promise I sent the bag and I was so excited for you to receive it. It really is a beautiful item. Thank you so much for being so sweet and so kind. We need more people like you in this world.
