There's a soft fleece lining inside the coat in the upper back area for additional warmth. There is also fleece around the wrist area of the coat. This coat has been dry-cleaned once, and it's in absolute flawless condition. It was the first coat for the 2023 winter on my healthy wait lost journey. I have only had the pleasure of wearing this warm, soft earth tone coat for a month total during the entire winter. This coat is coming from a smoke-free home. I have never worn the mittens. I purchased them with excitement because they were a great match for the coat.
