Eighth Avenue LS shirt

Eight Avenue Long Sleeve dress shirt. Higher collar with two buttons and a very spread collar. Black with some velvet-y textured black stripes and Silver sparkly stripes. (the sparkle won't come off, it's apart of the fabric.) Regular Fit. I think this is vintage! Worn once a couple years ago for a party.
