Sorry, just saw your question. Don't know why Poshmark isn't notifying me.
Yes, from the armpit. Sh to sleeve hem (without cuff) is 25", and (with cuff) is 22.75". Recently dry-cleaned.
Also, I found another small hole under one of the sleeve cuffs. I will decline your offer until you have a chance to review.
