Although marked size 2, I'd say the sizing is on the generous side and could definitely fit a 4. I ordered it online (see receipt) and tried it on briefly. I'm a 34D, petite size 2, just under 5'0. This was too big for me in every dimension. The cut is flattering and body-skimming without being clingy. Crepe fabric has minimal stretch. Length: 34" Hard to measure since the dress isn't a straight sheath, but I'd say waist up to 27" and hips 36" should be no problem.
