estiles123 @mariefanny Thank you for the dimensions. 2 quick questions when you have a minute. 1. There is a dark spot in the picture to the right of the front pocket, I can't tell if it's the lighting, a tag or an actual spot. 2. What is the drop on the handles, would it fit over the shoulder or is it just hand held? Thank you for your help, Cheers!

mariefanny @estiles123 no there is no spot. You can wear it both ways. I think it's better to hold it with the hands than the shoulder but that is only my personal opinion. Would u like me to measure it?
