Eliza J Halter Maxi Dress Purple and White

I bought this dress brand new from Bloomingdale’s with hopes to wear it to a wedding but changed my mind last minute and so it has NEVER BEEN WORN!! It has a halter neck that ties in the back, fitted empire waist, and a pleated flowy bottom. It is a stunning dress and makes you feel so elegant. I am 5’3” and wearing 4” heels in the pictures so if you are a shorty like me, you’ll probably need to get it hemmed.
