I bought this gorgeous size 4 Eliza J. dress from Nordstrom Rack, but never had the opportunity to wear it, so it is literally new with tags and never worn. The dress hits at a mid length and has a circle style skirt with a high neck and an open in the back. Should work easily with most strapless bras. The lace is gorgeous and is a mid to dark teal, which the photos don't do justice to. It has a zipper with a hook and eye closure and fits true to size for a 4/small. The high neck has two buttons with loops, and there is a replacement button still attached to the tags.
