I'm a size 18/20w and I'm interested in this dress.... its so pretty. but I wanted to know is it true to size? how is the overall cut of the dress...the reason i asked is bc it looks like it maybe cut smaller in the top and more flowy at the bottom.... but i just want to make sure. thanks
