This is a fabulous Empire waist Cotton Stretch blouse from Elizabeth and James. Crisp white with a retro vibe. It has a minimum of stretch to the cotton to give it comfort. The sleeves have a bell shape, the blouse has a slight a-line, such as the sleeves. It is beautifully made, to become more than just another white shirt. Very flattering round neckline. The blouse opens top bottom and last bottom. The center section is sewn to avoid clasping over the button area. For me a tad too tight around the bust area. What a shame. This is an absolute stunning blouse. Either with slim high waisted black trousers or bohemian with washed out jeans and flat sandals. Approximate measurements are armpit to armpit 17” unstretched, top to bottom 25”
