Ella Moss Pure Cashmere Sweater Dress

Has some pilling. there is a small spot on the bust area that is light in color. if you touch it it feels a bit hard, almost like plastic. When you look on the inside it is more noticeable (hard to see from outside) & looks like melted plastic. There is no size tag so I'm not sure what size it is but based on the measurements I believe this dress to be an extra small/petite. Materials tag has also been removed so I am not sure what the materials is exactly. May or may not be 100% cashmere.
