This is an Ellie Rose Boutique Dress. It’s brand new, tags still attached. Small zipper in the back, and a tie at the neck in the back. Absolutely gorgeous on and true to size. This dress just didn’t fit my boobs the way I wanted it to, the cut was just lower than what I wanted it for.
